Using PandaiTech Social
You must use an account you control and provide accurate information. One Google account owns one PandaiTech Social company. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure.
Connected services
You may connect third-party email and social services, including LinkedIn, X, Meta, Threads, TikTok and YouTube accounts that you are authorised to use. You grant PandaiTech Social permission to access only the connected data covered by the scopes shown during authorization and to create drafts where a provider and the displayed scope allow it. YouTube connections are read only. TikTok starts with read-only access; separately authorised Direct Post access can send an approved video at the time you select, with your chosen visibility and disclosures. Public posting requires TikTok approval. PandaiTech Social does not edit or delete existing TikTok videos. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, limits and availability.
Drafts and decisions
AI-generated analysis and writing may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you. PandaiTech Social can create unscheduled drafts but does not send or schedule email on your behalf. You remain responsible for final content, recipients, legal compliance and any action taken in a connected provider.
Analytics
Campaign and customer metrics depend on the data and tracking supplied by each provider. Open rates can be affected by privacy features, disabled tracking and automated activity, so they should be treated as decision support rather than guaranteed facts about a person.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not use PandaiTech Social to access accounts without permission, send unlawful content, evade provider rules or harm another person. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service, its users or connected platforms. Features may change as providers and their APIs change.
